By accessing or using Axion ("Service"), operated by Eternis Inc. ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Axion is a decision intelligence platform that provides AI-powered research, analysis, and forecasting for capital allocators. The Service uses large language models and multi-agent systems to generate insights, scenario analyses, and visualizations.

3. Not Financial Advice

The Service provides informational content only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Outputs are generated by AI models and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. You should independently verify all information before making any investment or business decision.

4. User Accounts

You must authenticate via a supported third-party provider (e.g., Google) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract models or algorithms from the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit outputs without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its design, code, models, and branding, remain with Eternis Inc. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. Outputs generated by the Service are provided for your use subject to these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eternis Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
